1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the delivery of services by FenFlowAI. By purchasing or using our services you agree to these terms.

2. Services

FenFlowAI provides bespoke AI automation workflows, API integrations, n8n automation, consulting and support.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, necessary API keys/credentials and ensure they have lawful rights to the data processed through workflows.

4. Data protection

When working inside a client’s own accounts (client-hosted n8n, Stripe, CRMs etc.), the client is the Data Controller and FenFlowAI is the Data Processor. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) governs this relationship.

5. Payment 

Payment terms will be set in the proposal/quote. 

6. Intellectual property

On full payment, bespoke code, workflow configs and deliverables are transferred to the client. FenFlowAI retains the right to reuse generic components and non-confidential templates.

7. Liability limitation

FenFlowAI is not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, or third-party service failures. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. On termination, FenFlowAI will remove access to client systems and delete any access credentials.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
