FenFlowAI is the Data Controller for all personal data processed through this website and in connection with our services.

Data you give us: name, email address, business contact details, project requirements, communications.

Data we collect automatically (IONOS WebAnalytics): anonymised usage statistics such as referrer, requested page, browser type/version, operating system, device type, and timestamp. IONOS WebAnalytics does not use cookies and anonymises IP addresses.

Third-party integrations (only if used for FenFlowAI internal workflows): n8n (FenFlowAI cloud instance), Airtable, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Notion. (Only listed processors that we actually use.)

 

3. How we use personal data

We use personal data to: 

  • provide, manage and invoice our services
  • respond to enquiries
  • maintain the website and secure our systems
  • comply with legal obligations

 

4. Lawful basis for processing

We rely on the following legal bases under UK GDPR:
